"Casuarina Beach House" is a spacious 5,000 sq. ft. oceanfront property with outstanding views of the Sea of Abaco. The two storey residence has 6 bedrooms, 5.5 baths with 3 master suites all with king size beds. The other bedrooms are two queen rooms with private bathrooms and one twin bedded room with a shared bathroom.

The open plan kitchen.dining and lounge area is on the upper level with views of the pool and sea beyond. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your own meals or outside catering can be arranged. There are two stainless steel gas barbecues for your use.

The large fresh water pool 40' X 18' with solar heating, a feature of the property, is located between the main residence and the beach.

For your entertainment there is an LCD flat screen TV with satellite, DVD, and surround sound. In addition there are 6 bicycles and four ocean kayaks for your use.

Complimentary DSL Internet service is available throughout the villa.

The lower level has a lounge with satellite TV and a small kitchen equipped with refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and coffee maker.

All rooms have central air conditioning and ceiling fans for added comfort and a back-up generator is on site in case of power outages.

The large outdoor patio on the lower level is both covered and open.

Laundry facilities include washer, dryer and wash tub.

For entertainment, there are 2 TV's, VCR with movies, stereo and CD player, plus books and games.

The outside area has a gas barbecue and beach gazebo (directly on the beach). There are two outdoor showers and plenty of patio furniture and sun loungers.

Linens and house towels are provided. Bring your own beach towels and suntan lotion.
